3M™ Double Coated Film Tape 9589 features a high-density polyethylene carrier with synthetic rubber adhesive on a densified Kraft Paper liner. It combines high initial adhesion and good holding Power to ensure it bonds to a variety of materials. The Paper liner has been specially treated to improve its strength and removability characteristics.
