They have the same footprint and are functionally equivalent. This is to inform you that one of those sources (Onsemi#CAT24C02VP2IGT3A) have announced that they are obsoleting the EEPROM that Molex uses as it's primary source. The purpose of this GCN is to advise that Molex will be converting to it's second source (ST Micro M24C02-RMC6TG). Both are fully qualified parts.	Download
