Souriau JMX Push-Pull Plastic Waterproof Connectors offer reliable mating with a push-pull locking mechanism that only requires two fingers to mate/unmate securely with an audible and tactile indicator. The JMX series is capable of over 2,000 mating cycles and can withstand steam autoclave sterilization per IEC 60601-1. This IP68 rated connector offers protection from fluid ingress and liquid protection in mated or unmated conditions.
The waterproof and extreme high temperature resistance characteristics of the JMX series makes it perfect for applications including medical, instrumentation and measurement. The plastic, push-pull connectors can also be used in a number of other industrial applications requiring a lightweight, yet durable harsh environment interconnect solution.

Trim Trio: Industrial Connector Range for Harsh Environments
The Trim Trio connectors line is based on a unique feature of contacts which can be used in several connector shapes. This trio of contacts (machined, stamped & formed, high speed) can be used in a wide range of connectors including the UTS, UTO, UTG, and even the UTL series’. Due to this versatility, these connectors are interchangable and intermeatable giving you the flexibility to switch between connector series’ very easily, to address new customer needs without an important impact on your equipment and production lines. Making your upgrades faster, easier, and without additional costs.
Developed to be compliant with major electrical IEC and UL standards, the Trim Trio series guarantees safety conditions for the installers and users. From 30AWG to 6AWG, from copper to optic and coax, from machined to cost effective stamped & formed technology, Souriau provides a wide range of contacts which can be used in the connector series.
The UTL Series is a plastic connector range that meets industrial safety standards and is rated at IP68/69K even in dynamic conditions and remains sealed even when used continuously underwater or cleaned using a high pressure hose while the cable is moving.
The UTL series uses an outdoor-rated material, classified as F1 to protect the connectors from extreme climatic conditions and UV rays. For the highest safety standards, the UTL series is UL 1598 and IEC 60598 qualified.
The moisture proof capability of the UTL is due to a unique technical concept that prevents condensation ingress into the equipment that causes damages your systems. Available as an option this feature will prevent moisture within your system over-time.
In addition, the UTL series has push and press to release coupling system which allows you to connect quickly, even in blind conditions and secured connection due to an audible click which guarantees the proper connection.
Souriau offers 4, 5, 6, and 8 position layouts supporting combined Power + Control, DMX as well as mechanical backshell and screw terminated contact features for quick field installations.
The Souriau CLIPPER Series from Eaton is an easy to use, plastic low cost range of industrial connectors, UL and CSA approved. This very robust multi-pin circular connector is compatible to MIL-C-5015 connector style and offers pin-counts from 4 to 40 with a current carrying capacity of up to 13A per contact. It’s 1/2 turn bayonet coupling allows quick and safe connection to the system and its scoop proof design protects the contacts from damage, reducing labor time and installation cost. In addition, it offers a retention plate system allowing insertion/extraction of the contacts without the need for tooling. When proper sealing plugs are used, waterproof seal can be obtained at immersed depths of up to 30 meters.
CLIPPER connectors are suitable for multiple indoor and outdoor industrial applications thanks to its robustness, a high sealing performance, water resistance and an extreme UV resistance.
The 8STA series is a highly reliable micro miniature circular connector series with a quick mating system, designed to be smaller and lighter with high reliability features to protect the driver. The 8STA Size 01 is the smallest circular connector available with three #26 removable contacts and is the perfect solution for applications where high performance, small size and light weight are key.
The connector range features 13 shell sizes with up to 128 contacts from 3 amps to 200 amps, and 6 or 7 colour coded keyway orientations. Both the free and panel-mount shell styles incorporate a compact integrated back shell for a heat shrink boot and the fixed halves are available with dual or space saving single hole panel-mount fixing. The quick 1/3 turn locking mechanism has clearly visible colour indicators that show when the connector is fully locked, while quick-release and blind-mate versions are available where access is restricted.
8STA and 8TA circular connectors are derived from international military specifications MIL-DTL-38999 and JN1003, and therefore, are suited to withstand high levels of shock and vibration in harsh environments. Typical applications will include Motorsport and UAV engine control units, portable communications equipment, and compact data acquisition systems.
Selection include hermetic feed-through and high-density solutions, as well as connectors with coax and PC tail contacts.
Originally designed specifically for military applications, Eaton’s 851 Series circular connectors are used in a wide array of both industrial and military applications. The lightweight and compact size, along with their high number of mating cycles (500 cycles) and corrosion resistance (500h salt spray), makes the 26482 style connector suitable not just for military and aerospace applications but also industrial and telecommunications applications that require a connector that can hold up in harsh environments.
The 851 connectors feature a positive bayonet coupling mechanism which ensures reliable mechanical and electrical connection between mating halves. The plug features a helical locking ring that couples with the three dowel pegs on the receptacle ensuring rapid locking. Orientation and location is achieved with a system of five raised keys on the plugs which couple with corresponding slots on the receptacles. Connectors with different angular positioning of the insulator relative to the shell can be provided to prevent undesired accidental mating of adjacent connectors with the same contact arrangements.
The Souriau 851 Series is offered in both sealed and hermetic versions, as well as an array of body styles, materials, and layouts which include hybrid power supply and signal transmission in a unique solution to reduce system complexity and minimize component/installation costs.
