Standard Inserts

SI Molded-In Inserts are integrated into plastic parts during the molding cycle. They are accurately positioned in the mold cavity with core pins, which are removed once the mold opens, leaving the inserts fully embedded in the material with only the threads accessible. This production method removes the need for post-molding installation or dedicated assembly tools. The product family includes blind threaded types (IBA, IBB, IBC), self-locking blind versions (ILBC), through-threaded models (ITA, ITB, ITC), and knurled variants (STKA, STKB, STKC). Typical areas of use include electronic devices, automotive systems, aerospace and defense equipment, medical instruments, industrial machinery, and recreational products.
