In order to rationalize our series and reduce our manufacturing lead-time, we have decided to stop the production of our 40GHz products with a flange coated with gold plating (NiAu). Indeed, this gold protection (NiAu) causes a long cycle for our subcontractors (limited panel) and is penalized by quality problems (high reject rate) due to its difficulty of realization on our spare parts. This considerably impacts the manufacturing times on our products, and goes against the current demand of the market for 'coaxial switches'. As a result, RADIALL has decided to switch to a Surtec solution, a reliable alternative and much more flexible in terms of manufacturing time. | Download | |||
